1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and participating in training courses offered by QA Assessor ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for our courses or use our services. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Course Registration
Registration for our training courses is subject to the following terms:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register for courses.
- All participants must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or completion of payment arrangements.
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
- Registrations for online courses must include a valid email address and access to the required technology (stable internet connection, compatible device).
3. Payment Terms
Payment for courses is due as follows:
- Full payment is required at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made in writing with the Company.
- All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of registration.
- Payment can be made via the methods specified on our website or by direct agreement with our sales team.
- Invoices are issued upon request and payment confirmation.
- The Company accepts no responsibility for late or missed payments and may cancel registrations if payment is not received by the specified due date.
- Corporate accounts may be subject to different payment terms agreed upon in writing.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the following terms:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@qaassessor.com.
- Cancellation requests made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests made between 7 and 14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be eligible for refunds.
- No-shows (participants who do not attend without prior notice) are not eligible for refunds.
- Participants may substitute themselves with another qualified individual at no additional cost if notice is given at least 7 days before the course start date.
5. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards trainers, staff, and other participants.
- Arrive on time for all training sessions.
- Actively participate in course activities and discussions.
- Complete all assessments and examinations.
- Refrain from using offensive language or engaging in disruptive behavior.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations applicable at the training venue.
- Respect the confidentiality of course materials and other participants' information.
The Company reserves the right to exclude any participant who breaches these conduct standards and may refuse a refund if conduct-related removal occurs.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including training notes, case studies, presentations, exercises, and assessments, are the intellectual property of QA Assessor or its licensors. Participants may use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with the course. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit course materials without written permission from the Company. Recording, photographing, or streaming any part of the training without prior written consent is prohibited.
7. Certification
Certificates of completion are issued to participants who:
- Attend a minimum of 80% of the course training hours.
- Successfully complete all required assessments with a passing score (typically 70% or above, depending on the course level).
- Pay any outstanding fees.
Certificates are issued in the name of the participant and are non-transferable. The Company reserves the right to revoke certificates if it is determined that fraudulent means were used to obtain them or if the holder engages in conduct that is contrary to professional standards.
