Internal Auditor training courses require basic understanding of the relevant management system and its principles. Lead Auditor training courses require prior knowledge of the applicable ISO MS standard, as well as an understanding of auditing principles and practices (e.g., based on ISO 19011)

Internal or Lead Auditor courses include a 2-hour online examination consisting of multiple-choice and written questions, with a minimum passing score of 70%. A free retake is available if needed. Certificates are issued within 24 hours of successful passed the examination.
