Course Overview
A robust internal audit programme is one of the most powerful tools an organization has to maintain a healthy QMS, surface improvement opportunities, and prepare for external certification audits with confidence. This two-day course develops the practical skills and structured thinking needed to plan, conduct, report, and follow up internal audits of a Quality Management System against ISO 9001:2015 – applying the audit principles set out in ISO 19011:2018.

Methodology
The course is delivered through a blend of trainer-led sessions, group exercises, role-play audits, and case studies. Practical activities form a core part of each day, allowing participants to apply techniques in simulated audit scenarios.
