This four-day course is designed for professionals tasked with leading or supporting the implementation of a Quality Management System against ISO 9001:2015. The programme follows a project-based structure that mirrors a real implementation journey – beginning with gap analysis and culminating in certification readiness. Participants leave with both the conceptual framework and the practical templates needed to design, document, and deploy a working QMS in their own organization.

Methodology
The course combines structured trainer-led sessions with extensive workshop activities, real-world case studies, group implementation exercises, and template-based document development. Participants work on a sample QMS scenario throughout the four days.

Continuous assessment through case studies, group implementation exercises, and a final written assessment.
