Course Overview
ISO 45001:2018 is the first international ISO standard dedicated to occupational health and safety. This Foundation course introduces the structure, terminology, and key requirements of the standard – including hazard identification, the hierarchy of controls, worker participation, and legal compliance. A practical, focused day for anyone new to occupational health and safety management.

- Operational controls, emergency preparedness, and incident response at a foundational level
Methodology
Trainer-led delivery supported by group discussion, real-world examples, and short scenario exercises drawn from a range of industries.
Assessment
Participation is monitored throughout the day. No formal examination is conducted at the foundation level.
