Course Overview

This two-day course equips participants with the practical skills needed to plan, conduct, and report internal audits of a Food Safety Management System against ISO 22000:2018. The course combines ISO 19011:2018 audit technique with HACCP-based audit thinking – including auditing CCPs, PRPs, oPRPs, traceability systems, and emergency preparedness.
